Round Reeds are the core of rattan. They are machine propelled through dies to obtain the desired diameter. Round Reed are very pliable and are packed in coils of approximately 1 lb. Round Reed is ideal for basket weaving and repairing wicker and reed furniture.

Split or Half Round Reed

This material is round reed split in half. It can be used for wicker repair, moulding and trim or as the rims for baskets. It is natural in color but can easily be stained, painted or dyed.
